Carl S. Pugh
President
Carl Pugh began his career in 1980 as founding
publisher of PDN, the leading magazine for professional photographers. He
launched his first trade show for the same market in 1983. Though Pugh sold his
business in 1985 to a division of VNU Publishing company, both the magazine and
the show remain market leaders to this day.
Since then Carl has launched and run
countless events and headed up three major trade show companies: CMC, Cowles
Events (now Primedia) and Mecklermedia. Most recently Carl ran the technology
events division for Penton Media, which generated annual revenues as high as $80
million during the recent Internet boom.
Carl is on the board of directors of the Society of Independent Show
Organizers, the leading association for trade show producers. He has also
served as chairman of their annual CEO conference for the past five years.
Carl frequently speaks on the art and science of successful show
management.

Vincent Caprio
Event Director
An 18-year industry veteran with an impressive track
record of launching events and focusing on emerging technology markets, Mr.
Caprio joined Penton in 2002 to steer the highly successful launch of
NanoBusiness, as well as The Emerging Technologies Conference in
association with MIT's Technology Review Magazine.
Prior to joining Penton, Mr. Caprio was event
director for Red Herring Conferences, producing the company's Venture Market
conferences and Annual Summit.
From 1996 - 1999, he was publisher of information
products at Primedia where he moved the company into the Internet age by
bringing print directories online.
From 1989 through 1996, Mr. Caprio rose from
sales executive to group sales director at Reed Exhibitions. During this time,
he won numerous awards for launching the New York Restaurant and Food Service
Show, which was Reed's most successful event debut in ten years, and for
consistently breaking long-standing sales records.

Lisa Bansavage
Director of Marketing
Lisa Bansavage started her marketing career at Catalina
Marketing in
Tampa, FL where she oversaw clients such as Busch Gardens and the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers. In 2001 she accepted a position as director of marketing for
Evatone and helped them grow quickly.
Lisa is an expert in all forms of
electronic marketing and media. From site development to email marketing
to video production she has the skills and experience to deliver winning
results.

Amy Orsini
Marketing Manager
Amy Orsini began her marketing career in the event management business in 1995
as a marketing coordinator for a start-up company in Southern CA.
From 1996 to
1999 she was the marketing coordinator for Reed Exhibitions Companies, working
on several events in the areas of pharmaceuticals, sports/hunting and
manufacturing.
In 1999 she became a marketing manager for several consumer
events at Advanstar Communications. She joined Penton Media in 2003 and in her
position at Radius Events she is responsible for all exhibitor and attendee
marketing on the events.

Sara N. North
Attendee Services Manager
Sara North is the Attendee Services Manager at Radius
Events, executing all day-to-day matters pertaining to conference and trade show
registration. Sara has also taken on the task of building some of the show
websites.
Sara recently joined Radius Events Company, after several
years at The Rosen Group in Baltimore, MD, where she ran the registration and
hotel department for their American
Craft trade show.
